In such cases, the traveler will not be eligible for any refunds from the carrier, supplier, or Voyzant Inc. Voyzant Inc. assumes no liability in such circumstances.

Ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.Be cautious of phishing attempts and only make payments on our secure website. Voyzant Inc fees are not refundable unless this is stated otherwise during the booking process. Any refunds will be transferred back to you to the payment method you used to make the original booking. Any refunds will be processed as per the Service Provider rules and cancellation policy. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc.

5. Baggage Policy:

Baggage allowances vary by airline and as such, it is the traveler's responsibility to contact all airlines involved in your itinerary directly for information and costs regarding their specific policies.

Do not attempt to breach website security or engage in any malicious activities. Be respectful and considerate when interacting with other users on the platform.

8. Seat Selection

Seat requests will be honored wherever possible, however they cannot be guaranteed, as final seat allocation is at the sole discretion of the airline. Some airline companies offer seat preselection at the time of booking for free or with a fee based on the airfare purchased.
